A valid excuse...
I've been absent from the blog world these last two weeks for a damn good reason. The day after my last post, my better half was struck with appendicitis and I've spent the time since then monitoring her recovery from an emergency appendectomy. She's almost better now, and back up and about, and soon my blog will recover as well.
